About SMBC

Southport Model Boat Club was started in 1983. In 2003 we moved to our purpose built Jubilee Pond on Rotten Row, which we share with Southport Model Engineering Club.

The club welcomes members sailing steam, electric and sail craft. We offer regular sailing sessions on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, with the pond open to members 7 days a week.
