Welcome to SMBC

The club has been in existence since 1983 and at its purpose-built Jubilee Pond on Rotten Row for over 20 years. We share the site with the Southport Model Engineering Club who offer the public model train rides throughout the year.

Our regular sailing times are Wednesday and Sunday mornings, but the pond is open to members 7 days a week. Please feel free to come along to see the wide range of member's model boats and chat with us about the joy of model boat building and sailing.
